Welcome to a life long dream - my own knitting emporium!

 

I have been knitting for nearly 40 years, firstly knitting clothes for a doll to achieve my Girl Guides badge and later for my four children who finally realise how before her time their mother was, as knitting is sooo trendy now!

 

I knit in my spare time when not working, gardening or looking after my dogs, cat & chickens. I buy all of my wool from known manufactuers such as Sirdar, Paton and Bergere de France usually because I like the colour or it's a bargin, usually deciding later what to knit with it.

I use basic published patterns with a personal twist given to them. My children (now grown up), grandchildren and husband can only have so many hand knitted jumpers so via this site I hope to make and sell to individuals who recognise the quality of hand knitted garments.
